Returns
7 - DAY RETURN POLICY:
Within 7 calendar days from order delivery date, you may return any product purchased on Dearsoulmates, that arrives damaged, missing content or does not match product information. We will bear all shipping costs involved in the return process.
To make your return, please include all original item packaging. Sealed items must remain in sealed and unopened condition.
After we have received and checked the returned product, we will send you replacement free of charge. You may also request for a full refund on the order. We will refund your order amount plus cost for return shipping.
If you would like to return an item due to change of mind or other reasons not specified above, you are eligible to pay for the return shipping. If an item returned has been used or damaged; and thus cannot be directly restocked, a restocking fee will be charged.
Products purchased during sales, free gifts, electronic devices and trial items are not returnable. Customers with allergic skin should receive physician's advice before using a product. Returns due to allergy reasons will not be accepted.
